I have full refund to buyer, but dont know how to cancel the order

The system cannot cancelled, please help

Go to EDIT ORDER screen.

Change Payment Status to Not Paid.

Then, you can Cancel Order.

Change the payment to Returned / change status to Ready. CLick save. Open order
and at the top, click Cancel or Request to cancel. you should then be able to
get to the page where you cancel, make sure to give the reason in the drop down
box. Then you can return the parts to your inventory.

Searching for a similar info. When cancelling a PP payment by clicking the 'Issue
Refund' on-site - the order itself is not cancelled automatically, correct?
