| Is anyone else not getting feedback? I order. I immediately pay. I do not get
feedback. The sellers are not posting feedback even though I have honestly done
everything expected of me. I deserve feedback when I have done everthing correctly.
Waiting to give feedback, or not giving feedback at all, is petty. A few sellers
are petty. They do not give feedback in a timely manner. Is there a way to
address sellers who do not give feedback?

feedback is optional. some leave feedback once the order is paid, some once its
marked as complete, some when they get feedback, some leave it in bulk once every
few months and some never leave feedback. buyers often don't leave feedback
either most sellers usually only get at most 70% of buyers to leave feedback

It's imprudent to just immediately give feedback when the package hasn't
even shipped yet. Many things can still happen such as a damaged/lost package
or the seller sent the wrong parts. How the buyer and seller then handle the
situation is all part of the experience you're grading them on.
IMO Feedback should be given once the transaction is amicably settled and I have
language in my terms that tip-toe around that.

I would disagree.
I usually leave feedback within a couple of days of a package shipping. Especially
for new buyers, the seller's feedback might give them an additional positive
feeling toward BrickLink, which could result in more sales.
Feedback has nothing to do with a seller's responsibility for a package to
arrive safely and in good condition at the buyer's address. Of course, you
can always change feedback?

I used to think this way, but then I realized that giving the buyer the benefit
of the doubt helped me out way more. Withholding feedback until after I see how
a buyer would handle a potential problem causes more issues than it solves. You
can always change feedback within a certain amount of time anyway. Also, if there
is a problem, I may have already fostered some goodwill with my free and positive
feedback.

Fair point. I'm currently sitting on 18 orders that still haven't left
feedback since the start of the year, so I'll flip that for March-April and
see what happens.

Yes, a package can get lost or damaged but that should not affect the feedback
the seller leaves for the buyer. The buyer paid, he or she has already done all
that was required.

Yes, I guess if it bothers you that much then don't shop there again. Some
sellers leave feedback right away. Some sellers leave feedback after you do.
Some sellers leave feedback in big batches every couple months. Some sellers
never leave feedback. This site does not dictate how it must be done.
All you 'deserve' for your paid order is your actual order, shipped,
and arrived safely.
Feedback is optional, and is certainly nice to receive, but that's it. Why
is it so important to you? Just curious. You have more than enough positive feedback
as a buyer to use the site.

13 orders, one of which was cancelled, vs. 8 positive feedback? No, that's
a good ratio - over 60%.
