| hello everyone. Never had this happen before in my store. I had an order come
through. All of the items that were bought out(down to zero) show in Red and
they are no zero quantities in the stockroom. Anyone know how to fix this or
why it is doing this. Never had it happen before. I never set anything saying
to do so.

Not sure if I fully understand you, but this normally happens when you check
"Retain" for a lot - instead of removing it completely, bricklink moves
it to a stockroom (stockroom "A", if you've enabled 3 stockrooms)
with 0 quantity.

It is the retain in your inventory at your lot ID

| It happens, due to Instant Payment.
It'll normally be cleared after the midnight EST maintenance.

| thanks. Its the 1st time it ever happened. and I never turn on the retain as
I need the locations for different parts. It didn't clear after midnight
but I went in and took everything out of the stockrooms manually that didn't
belong there.
