Hello,
I had a buyer reach out to me about an order he placed yesterday. I was able
to find it and its been in progress for a day now. The messages says it will
hold the items for up to 30 minutes until payment clears. I can see the payment
in PayPal so I'm not sure why it hasn't moved yet. Do we know what causes
this and how to fix it? The buyer also states he can not find it at all on his
end.
