"Preventative action" covers a number of possible scenarios (tax evasion,

+1 that’s quite likely the reason. From previous responses admins don’t just
ban account for the fun of it there is always a good reason that usually isn’t
made public so they most likely did it with good reason

You purchased a BrickLink store from another user and this is against the Terms
of Service. Under Eligibility (No. 1):

or sell your account or account credentials to another party

When Customer Service responds to you, they will give you the option to open

hello could I just create a new account with my own paypal email and own store
name then the problem is also solved in my opinion

and now comes the next problem i have already sent 10 orders this week and i
have another order that is pending i can't do anything now this is so worthless
i want this resolved today because this is not doing business of bricklink/lego
i would like to sell lego and and because something has gone against the rules
you should be banned and wait for bricklink when they want to give an answer
where are the operators here and let them do their job and solve problems because
that not happening now

No offense but your attitude here mirrors the negative feedbacks. Not a good
look or way to behave on Bricklink. You broke the rules, wait for the help desk
to help you.

followed the ToS, you should have taken action then. Shop owners agree to the
ToS, and as in real life, not knowing the rules you agreed to is no defense.

No. I would STRONGLY suggest to follow the advice Admin_Russell has given
you a few posts before:

He is the BL overlord, his word is rule. Don't take actions unilaterally
- work with Customer Service to get things straightened out. Yes, that will take
a while, but continuing to pioneer all by yourself can get you into more trouble.

While you are waiting and selling elsewhere, go to a Dutch legal advice - what
your country calls "juridisch advies" - website, and see what they will
tell you about what you did wrong. Yes it will cost you money to have your wrong
doings explained to you, but you really need to stop being so self-centered,
and find out what your legal standing is.

You broke BrickLink's rules, got told that multiple times, and still do not
consider other people's advice and statements.

By the way, if you have LEGO stock you plan to sell on Brickowl, you should keep
it separate from any inventory you plan to later sell on BrickLink, as it could
be considered an offense if you maintain simultaneous inventory for two sites,
and will cause you a lot of order item removal requests.

When they finally decide whether to allow you to continue selling on BrickLink,
if indeed they will let you sell here anymore, then perhaps you will have learned
your lesson.

You purchased a BrickLink store from another user and this is against the Terms

When Customer Service responds to you, they will give you the option to open

Contact the Dutch authorities and explain to them his wrong doings. The authorities
in his country would very likely not be pleased at having to deal with a seller
who refuses to comply with terms and conditions of a site they're supposed
to comply with.

There never was a transfer. He just let us believe he sold it to another person.
Both stores are located in Groningen, both owners are/were 41 at the same time
and they both never ever heard of punctuation? I doubt it. Is this, however,
a reason for a ban?

There is no ban (yet), the store is closed because of "Preventive Action".

If I were to go out on the street and start claiming I broke into my neighbor's
house, you bet the police would be interested to have a chat with me. I won't
get sentenced right away (in this case, banned from BL), but they sure would
want to get to the bottom of this while they invite me to have a little stay
at the police station (preventive action).

So yes, if someone claims they bought the store from a previous owner, this would
(in my eyes) very much warrant a temporary store closure until this is sorted
out.

Honestly, you say you took over the store, but let's face the fact: you are
the same as the previous owner.

Look at the history of this account in the forum, all posts are written the same
way. All store locations were in the province of Groningen and the previous owner
was 41 years, just like you are (maybe now you are 42?).

So you changed your name, told everyone you are a new owner (while just being
the previous too).. and look where it brought you, a ban.

But, does that mean this ban actually is wrong? As there really hasn't been
a selling of this store from person A to person B.
Person A never sold it, but only let us believe it. Is that a reason for a ban?
I don't know, it's not a great move. Up to the admins I guess.
