I made a MOC which requires 65 extra parts to mod an existing set. I know of
many people online who would like to order those parts but have no idea or interest
in learning to use bricklink. As easy as that sounds some people don't want
to learn the ins and outs of bricklink when they aren't avid builders.

Are there any methods of posting a parts list in bricklink for people to order
from any store on the site?

Wrong topic.

Problem is: if you wish a specific list of parts, then you'ld better learn
a minimum of BrickLink.

Apart if this list is only of VERY common parts, and even if it is - chances
are no Shop has ALL the lots. See above.

Some features exist, like Buy All in the wanted-list of BrickLink.

You can post your list on rebrickable for instance.
It's "linked" to BrickLink shops.

Yeah I think rebrickable is the way to go - they even have a category of MOCs
that are alternate builds of existing sets (with or without added parts)
