In the catalog listing for

Part No: 4032 Name: Plate, Round 2 x 2 with Axle Hole
*
4032 Plate, Round 2 x 2 with Axle Hole
Parts: Plate, Round {Sand Green}
there is this note: "This part has
a variant that cannot be attached to a stud via the underside center hole."

What information do we have about this variant (known colors, sets found in,
etc.)? How easy is it to find them?

Thanks!

I have new ones purchased only a couple of years ago that do not attach to a
stud in the center. I don't know what set they came from since I bought them
from a BL store. The problem is that the ribs meant to grip an axle extend too
deeply into the center hole.
