| Unfortunately I cannot offer any help with this particular part but Im curious
to know what it is... Does it for sure have a LEGO logo on it or possibly any
other markings that may be able to help?

The cut-outs don't look very LEGO-y. Most wings have less rounded ovals,
small circles, or large circles with slots.

| I looked on every plastic parts and Elves and Ninjago dragons but I haven't
found it.
It could be a non-LEGO "Ninja" set, I found a few dragons with wings
like that, but not these wings.

| Thanks all, It doesn't have any logos, so I wasn't convinced that it
was Lego.
