TODAY WE HAVE RESORTED SOME NEW PARTS IN MARYLAND, SOME OF THEM ARE ALSO ON SALE.

just a heads up you may want to change this
"We understand that it must be very frustrating when a shipment is lost,
but you must understand that this is not our fault and in this case we do not
return your payment!"
as the seller is fully liable for delivery even if its uninsured and gets lost
in shipping and Paypal and banks will always side with the buyer so its best
to be upfront about it

you can still charge the buyer for insurance if you want or something similar
but depending which company is used lost shipments don't happen to often
so its not always best to offer the cheapest option if its for example $5 for
a 2 month boat delivery or $10 for a airmail 2 week delivery as even tho buyers
will say they are fine with the wait sometimes they will still complain or file
a claim if it doesn't arrive and unless you can provide Paypal with proof
of delivery (banks its practically impossible to win against) they will still
refund so its best to choose options that are least likely to cause issues

| I do not know what the postal service is like in Slovenia but you probably sont
have to worry to much about packages going missing. Out of all our orders we
have had over the past 10 years we have had, I believe, only 3 orders go missing
and one was our fault because I forgot to apply the shipping label (unfortunately,
that one was a rather large $400.00 and now all those poor Lego have to spend
eternity in USPS purgatory  (poor little guys)). We hardly every purchase
insurance and when we do it is usually just on larger orders.
A side note on Cap Locks... If you really want to have fun then continue to
use Cap Locks but also do double spacing between each letter and quadruple spacing
between words. Lastly, DONT USE ANY PUNCTATION.

| Thanks for your recommendations. We all once started from scratch and made mistakes
to learn something from them and fix them, caps lock is just one of those things
and its gone =)
