Hello,

I have placed an order and have paid seller. At the beginning she was slow at
replying but now she has totally stopped.

I have opened a few cases against her but no progress. Any suggestions please?

Have you filed a Non Shipping Seller (NSS) on brick link? That usually gets the
sellers attention as 3 of those and they are closed up for good.

Not sure what you mean by "opened a few cases against her" but hopefully
you paid with Paypal - you can file a case there for non shipping seller / paid
and no product. As the other poster mentioned, you can file an NSS on BL as well.
Go to Problem Center and enter the order ID Number, follow the prompts. Do not
remove the NSS until you see proof of shipment, like a tracking number which
is tracking....
