| Hi
It happens to me more and more often that buyers do not release feedback.
This is unpleasant, especially for sales with low amounts that involve a lot
of work.
You can think of a kind of sanction: if you don't release feedback within
30 days, automatically, that buyer will have neutral feedback with the motivation
"he hasn't released feedback" (it's just an example).

Feedback is a choice, not a requirement.
It works both ways. Sellers also don't always leave feedback.
Not leaving feedback can also be a statement about the transaction; it could
mean that you deliberately withheld it because you're not happy about something,
but didn't want to leave a Negative or a Neutral. Or it could mean that they
-
a) forgot to leave feedback
b) will leave feedback at a future time
c) don't understand how helpful feedback can be
d) other...

If you feel you should, then you can already leave neutral or negative feedback
for your buyers if they don't leave it for you. Don't expect many customers
in future if you do this.

I think you have a high feedback ratio already. 82 order total, of which 4 cancelled
in the last 6 months. So 78 actual orders and 58 feedback, thats about 75%.
I'm around 55%

I wonder if you also got put on their least favourites list for contacting them
multiple times to leave feedback.

You shouldn't urge or even specifically ask for a feedback.
Please understand it's totally an OPTION, and pressuring the buyer to get
one isn't allowed.
One of these days, you'll receive a nice Red one just because of this.
And it won't be removed by Administration; it's not a valid reason for
it to be removed.

As a buyer I don't leave feedback until the seller does. Have you left feedback
for all of the orders you've received?

I don't agree with the "I don't leave feedback until the other party
does" mentality. If everyone acted that way, no feedback would ever be left.
As a seller, if the buyer pays and doesn't cause trouble, they get a feedback
from me. As a buyer, if the seller ships the order out in a reasonable time and
everything is accounted for, they get a feedback from me. Whether the other party
leaves any for me is entirely up to them and I don't apply that to the equation
at all.

Right, to be clear, as a seller I leave feedback first.

I go the other way and I actually state it in my terms.
FEEDBACK
I'll leave feedback once I know you're fully satisfied with your order.
I can communicate a lot and I know some people just don't want to be bothered
with emails, so if you leave positive feedback and move your order to "completed"
status, I'll assume everything is golden. Otherwise I'm very on top
of emails so PM or email me if you have any concerns.
I'm at just over 65% feedback to orders.

The buyer pays you with money. They do not have to give feedback also.
Leaving them neutral feedback if they don't, would be extremely bad. I'd
stoplist you immediately.

| Out of 82 orders, you have 57 that left positive feedback. That's 71%, an
incredibly high rate (ours is at 58%). How about you focus on those who have
left feedback rather than those who haven't. Your main goal as a seller should
be to satisfy your customers, not see how high of a score you can get on the
feedback counter. You assume that if that other 29% left feedback, they'd
all be positive, but its quite possible that some of those customers would give
neutral or even negative, but didn't because they didn't want to risk
escalating anything. Sometimes no news is good news.

In all honesty, that meaning did not cross my mind at all when I wrote that.
It wasn't until contemplating what your comment meant for about 30 seconds
before I started to realize what you were insinuating. Perhaps don't point
out ways text can be twisted and things will stay decent...

The word "satisfy" does not have a sexual connotation in American English.

| Anything is possible however it takes so little, if you are satisfied and I'm
sure you were, drop the feedback. Statistically, whoever "forgets" the
fb is hi has just entered and has, in turn, very few or 0 fb.
