| Good morning
I have a customer that needed an invoice witch I done and completed then sent
it off to the customer 5 days ago. I then sent an email 24hours after the invoice
was sent.
Am I in my right to now cancel the order? I believe it’s been long enough
Any help would be appreciated

Go thru to the npb process to protect yourself against negative feedback
|
Any help would be appreciated

Go to the order and click "
report problem". Then select buyer did not pay and write a comment in the
box.
This will set the order to NPB. Once 7 days have passed with no payment or
comment from the buyer, then the NPB will be leveraged against the buyer and
any feedback they leave will be removed. It's a pain to wait the time , but
it does protect you from any negative feedback if you just cancel. Here is some
