I bought 30+ series 24 Listed as NEW SEALED
also bought 13 NEW COMPLETE

when the order arrived everything was opened and poured in to one big bag all
mixed together
when I contacted the sealer this is the reply I got

(Hello , I am sorry if you are not satisfied. That's too bad. But how can
I identify the figures without opening them? For example, you only paid 10 euros
shipping, I had to pay significantly more. I can, however, give you a refund
for the missing figures. Please let me know. I have sent over 400 figures as
you received them. So far nobody has complained)

so he false advertised the figures , says (thats to bad) that im not happy about
it
then blames me for his postage price set up ???
hes not a new seller he has had over 2200 sales so you would think he knows the
difference between new sealed and opened

I have phots of the order placed and how it arrived in one bag
also 2 figures where missing from the order

You already posted about this.

1) Report the Shop
2) Open an NSS
3) Eventually open a PayPal claim/dispute whatever.

There is no need to do it immediately. It is a long term seller, so they will
have funds in their account.

The first step is to tell the seller they are unhappy and want a return / refund.
What the seller then does influences whether to file a PayPal claim (and when).

I value my time above my money. Evidence/fraud is easy equated for.

30 CMFs is about $100. It takes maybe a couple of minutes to write a message
saying that you are not happy with dumping all the parts of apparently new and
sealed sets in one bag and want a refund. Not much longer than the time taken
to post your statement about valuing your time above money.

For me, taking a couple of minutes to give a seller to have a chance to do the
right thing once told about it is important.

I know... it is almost like the buyer is almost the fraud - with the one exception
of fact?
Remain diligent!
