Is there any way to place lot minimums/maximums for specific shipping methods?
At the time the only option seems to be placing store wide lot restrictions but
having the additional flexibility allows for discounted shipping rates for small
orders and free shipping for orders that meet certain conditions, such as a maximum
lot value.

orders and free shipping for orders that meet certain conditions, such as a maximum
lot value.
In the shipping option for each method you set up , you cannot set lot limits
but you can set package restrictions. You can also add package padding so that
the package does not exceed a certain weight or dimensions. You have to do this
for each method you set up.
