I have an Instant checkout/onsite pmt domestic US order with PayPal Pmt address
in Virginia and the BL order address in Florida. I thought with onsite payments
this can't happen any more.

From what I can tell I've seen this happen maybe 3 times in the last year
or so. Very rare...but it shouldn't happen. Admins? Anyone else have this
issue with IC+onsite payments.

I had one recently. I shipped it to the Paypal address - which is in my terms
in my store - for Paypal payments, we ship to the Paypal address. For Stripe,
I ship to the BL address. Never had anyone complain about it.
