| I had a buyer who ordered some minifig boxes from me. They were sealed as shipped
by Lego. Unfortunately when her opened one of the boxes they were on strips,
not boxed as standard, we were unaware and he did not want them. I did a partial
refund for the shipping to return the item and it has now arrived back and I
want to refund him for the set, but I can not see how to do an additional refund.
Is it possible on Bricklink system?
Thanks in advance

I think you can refund through the original payment on the PayPal website.
Then update the payment with the Refund button on the Bricklink orders details
page.

Always send your own shipping label to the buyer for returns. That way you control
the type of shipping and ensure the address is correct.
Many years ago, before I learned, a buyer on ebay returned the order using 2
day shipping. I had to pay up. Buyer didn't even do it on purpose, it was
what the postal clerk charged him.
Also, an unscrupulous buyer can deliberately use a wrong return address. The
package is returned to the buyer as undeliverable. Buyer opens a PayPal claim
for a full refund and you have to fight that mess.
