| Part are (at least in some sets) distributed in pre-built stacks of
3. So even new parts have been built with and may show clear wear on studs and
underside. Consider mentioning this in a note, i.e. new parts are in fact used.

Which sets? And why would they do that?
I have opened a number of these mosaics and never seen any stacked parts.
Do you have an image of how they arrived in a set like that?

| Here's photos of a freshly opening box o' 9 bricks. That's how they
are packages in sets
which are the only Mosaic sets I've had my hands on.

They are not used according to the rules. The rules specifically state:
If a minifigure or part assembly was originally sold assembled by LEGO, its
component parts after disassembly can also be listed as new.
This is a part assembly even if not included as such in the catalogue.

My comment was not meant to challenge BrickLink's policies, and I'm selling
them as new myselves. It was meant to explain why I believe a note on the part
was applicable.
