| We have a customer that filed a NSS against us and we have replied to the NSS
with the tracking number showing that it was delivered but we would also like
to submit a scanned copy of the purchased postage in a PDF format but do not
know where to send it. The "Problem Detail" page only allows us to respond
with a message but there is no place on that page to submit any other proof.
Does anyone know how we can go about getting a copy of the postage to the correct
person or place that handles NSS's?
If only the customer had contacted us in the first place then we would have had
no problem refunding the order total but they did not try to contact us thru
BrickLink or by email, just filed an NSS.

I'd also put a copy in the NSS comments also.
All description you need and maybe a link to outside tracking or to a screen
copy...
