I can't seem to modify my shipping and payment setting to successfully allow
shipping to Canada.
Can anyone help me out? I have tried changing the settings but still don't
seem to get it right.
Also, how does buyer using a password work? I set one up but the buyer doesn't
know where to put it?

When the buyer wants to go to the payment, he can enter the password there.
