| two sets from one seller have not yet been received.. and already in my orders
it says that they have been received.. is this a technical error or something
else alexander

| Last week, I received an email from the French post saying that one parcel was
delivered on my letterbox. All I had to do was to collect it in my letterbox,
check everything inside and complete the order. When I went to the order detail,
it was already marked as "completed", but not by me ! I think the seller
also had this email, and he did it. It's not up to the seller to do that
! I changed the status to "received" until I checked the complete order
and finally change its status to "Complete".
I think you can yourself still change the order status by "Shipped" and
wait it to be really delivered. Maybe the seller made a mistake by changing your
order status.

| I tried many times to change the status completed to sent .. after a second the
status is completed again .. sent the seller a copy of the order statuses, he
is silent .. although before that he sent a copy of some forms with my address
and with prices different from the real ones in orders ..

Status doesn't mean much than "a word".
We had a recent discussion where many sellers set "Shipped" when they
applied a sticker, and NOT when it's actually remitted to the Shipper.
BUT I do agree that Sellers should NOT be able to set "Completed" themselves.
NEVER EVER.
