I received a PayPal payment around an hour ago for a Bricklink order, at the
time the order was still showing as pending.
Just checked now and there’s no order showing, pending or otherwise. I’m guessing
all I can do is wait until the morning and refund if nothing is showing.

I wouldn't refund, you'll lose money and maybe a buyer!
