The one from this set is a slightly different pattern (compare the central red
triangle and white chevron around it in the attached to the catalog entry here)

I just added a new part specifically for this set as number 2431pb818.

I modified the description in order to add the mention "Small Red Rectangle"
since the variation seems to be in the middle part of the pattern.


As follows:
Tile 1 x 4 with Red and White Chevron Danger Stripes, Small Red Rectangle in
Middle Pattern (Sticker) - Set 42097
