I returned the money to the buyer, the client received the money and now he writes
to me: "When will I receive my order?" What should I do?

Tell the buyer what you write in this message .
He might have made a mistake (confusing order numbers perhaps....?).

As long as you refunded thru PayPal you shouldn't have any problems because
now you have proof to show BrickLink that the order was refunded so an NSS can
not be completed against you.
