| When I use to click on the picture of a part it would bring up a tiny window,
now when I do it I get taken to a new page. I would like to avoid that. Also,
when on the new page I try to copy the part number and it takes me to another
page. Then I have to go back twice.
Does anyone know how to make it so the tiny window pops up?

If you have a pop-up blocker, that could cause a problem. Also, there are settings
on different browsers that cause pop-ups to open in a new tab.
I double-checked the order detail and store inventory pages and everything appears
normal. I have Windows also and checked a couple different browsers. I suspect
the issue might be on your end.
Hopefully, a more tech-savvy person will recognize your issue and chip in with
a solution.

Well, you helped with confirming a few things for me so that narrows it down
and has me in the right direction. Thanks for your help. I work on a computer
every day for 20 years and this is my problem. Not even sure how I put my shoes
on the right feet haha

Here on Order pages or Shop page works as before, with a pop up.
2 things to consider, using Firefox:
Click Privacy & Security located on the left side. Select Block pop-up windows
below the Permissions section. To allow pop-ups for all sites, clear the check
box for Block pop-up windows. To allow or block pop-ups for a specific site,
click the Exceptions box and enter the site address.
Check for the same parameter for another Browser.
Otherwise, use BrickStore for your day to day processing
Free and open-source.
Did I already talked about BrickStore? Not sure...

to find it, but was unable. I know I have wasted a ton of time in the past either

Not sure that is it because nothing happened. I need the Javascript window to
pop-up and not take me to a new page that shows the part. I click on that because
the tiny window pops up and I can copy the part number real fast. After doing
that for two years it is driving me crazy when I get taken to a new page and
still can't double click the part number. Doing that 100s of times a day
adds up lol

I have not had any issues with the large image pop-up. It appears to be working
correctly for me.
As you mentioned, the OP may have an issue with a browser-based or browser extension
pop-up blocker. If there was an update to the software, it may have changed
how it activates javascript. There may be a user-based setting to adjust it
back.

I allow pop-us and now when I hover over the part image it just shows the new
page link at the bottom if I click on it. Before it said javascript but it just
didn't work. Somehow I have made it worse. Even the pages that show the parts
for sale look different. I lot worse than before.

Looks like what happens when a page doesn’t load entirely (some styles & scripts
missing).
Try clearing the cache.
Are you behind a proxy? A new firewall?

This looks like a CSS issue to me, though the other behavior you’re describing
sounds like it is indeed JavaScript related.

| Here is how it looks now where you select the color of the part you want. It
shows all the colors instead of the scroll bar. Even has overlapping text sometimes.

That is like THE HARDEST setting to find on BL. I just wasted 10 minutes trying
to find it, but was unable. I know I have wasted a ton of time in the past either
turning that on or off.

This page, second section, Third checkbox option,
named -- Show Price Guide links next to each item
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogOptions.asp?viewFrom=P
It is about as clear as mud indicating that it turns on or off the price guide
pop-up versus taking you to the full price guide page. GRRRRR.

You are entirely correct that the setting is difficult to find. However, I believe
the OP is referring to the large image pop-up.

I have not had any issues with the large image pop-up. It appears to be working
correctly for me.
As you mentioned, the OP may have an issue with a browser-based or browser extension
pop-up blocker. If there was an update to the software, it may have changed
how it activates javascript. There may be a user-based setting to adjust it
back.

I allow pop-us and now when I hover over the part image it just shows the new
page link at the bottom if I click on it. Before it said javascript but it just
didn't work. Somehow I have made it worse. Even the pages that show the parts
for sale look different. I lot worse than before.

Are we allowed to do a giveaway in the forum? I want to give away a free minifig
of choice 20 and under for who helps me fix this lol. Even if it takes 2 seconds,
I don't care. I know I didn't change any of my settings. If that is allowed
I will tell the two parts I would like to be informed how to fix. Might have
to do two giveaways

Open a Firefox browser, log in, and then head to this page again:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=29120
Then click F12 to see the developer tools. Then click Style Editor which will
appear somewhere in the middle of the new screen that pops up. This will let
us see which CSS files you have loaded. Post a screenshot when you get there!

Ok I will do that now. I also have one thing to add. When I look at a list of
items sold in an order and click on the picture of a part it takes me to a new
page BUT when I click on the amount left of that part it takes me to the page
where I can edit that part and when I click on the picture of the part there
a tiny pop-up comes up HAHA. So not even sure what to think about that. It works
half the time?
