The flat Light Gray and White version are the oldest 1963-.
The Black version started to appear in service packs 1966-1967 and in set short
after that.
LEGO use the Flat version until the ran out then shifted toward the Black rounded
version.
The Black rounded version where/are easier to apply then the LG/W Flat version
for children.

Gray and White are always Flat.
Black version are always rounded.
There are other Black tire that are flat or close to it, but i have newer seen
a 132old that are flat.

I someone seen one please post about it.

Black version are always rounded.
There are other Black tire that are flat or close to it, but i have newer seen
