No, the price guide shows the price for the LEGO only.

Including the shipping cost wouldn’t make much sense since it is so variable
- it would skew all of the statistics sellers use to make decisions and might
make some shops look more or less competitive in pricing.

Yep. Sellers who offer free shipping (particularly on sealed sets) have to bury
the shipping costs in the listed price of the item, so the guide is being skewed
as it is (with no way to tell that those sets were sold at a price that included
shipping).
