I have an order from Poland, and I agree with seller that I pay trough my Poland
firm.
But due to the political situation and me being Serb all of my assets are frozen
in Poland. I am trying to solve the issue, and in the mean time seller gave me
NPB

I have two NPBs from 2014, and this would be my third one (one that closes the
account)

I have no issues in paying, I just have to pay via PayPal - and seller is non-responsive,
and I can't get the answer what his PayPal is

So what are my options? Is there a way to contact admin?
IU have 14 days to solve this, so enough time, but if the seller doesn't
access his profile and see my msg, I will be automatically punished, although
I want to pay - can't use bank account anymore, only paypal

Maybe I missed some important news but what political situation is there between
Poland and Serbia?
Maybe Serbia leans a bit towards Russia but in my believe there are no real problems
in their relations to eachother.
So why would this get in between the both of you and why would it disturb the
