| Hello
A customer has placed an order on my Shop but the status is "Pending" while the
payment has been made by CB (Stripe). What I don't understand is that the
shipment is "Request invoice (backup method)". I don't know what it is.
Can you help me?

Basically it is that you calculate the shipping costs manually and invoice the
customer then.

ok, but instant chekout is activated, how did the customer to ask that manually?

Do you have your payment information in the order confirmtation?

If an item or an order is not eligible for IC, you have a setting or shipping
method somewhere that still allows a buyer to check out with a manual invoice.
That's good, as you don't want to miss a sale. However, they should not
have paid until you added the shipping charges and sent an invoice. So now you
may have a whole new issue on your hands.

| Good morning,
I got such an order as well: For parts grand total 4,xx€ but have although "shipping
restriction" in "request for invoice" showing a minimum buy of 5,-€.
Any idea?
