Hello,

When I woke up this morning I saw that my store got suspended. Reason: preventive
action

I don't know why, because I have 0 NSS and 0 NPB ..

The only thing that I know is that I forgot to pay the fee in november. Just
paid it now, but the store is not re-opened.

I contacted Bricklink, but I don't know when they will answer.

Can anyone help me?

It's just a guess but it could be that you added your WhatsApp contact in
your Store Slogan and Announcement lines which violates the ToS.

I agree. If most were just given a warning like, "Hey, you have this on your
page or you're doing this which is against our ToS. If it's not resolved
in x amount of days, your store will be suspended", I think close to 100% would
immediately fix what they were doing wrong and everyone would be happy.

Thx everyone for telling me the reason why my store proabably get suspended.

I did not knew that it was forbidden. I erased my number now... Anyone knows
what 's the fastest move to get my store re opened??? I do this for a living,
so it's pretty urgent... Very sad that there wasn't a warning first indeed...

been shut down and another that you have been allowed to reopen again.

my order and they got everything ready to ship one out I saw the status on my

with no contact from them

Yeah, they do that often and don't follow up with it; if you contact them
and tell them what happened, they'll place another order for the missing
GWP, and then that will get cancelled too - whatever automated system they have
in place for validating orders is horrible, you can't even request replacement
parts without it cancelling even if it's a basic brick & not something licensed
or "special"

ya it sounds bad. once it was marked as cancelled I decide to just save time
and drop it and leave it be even though I had to spend $320 to qualify for that
promo...

the ordering system sucks when you go over the allowed quantities, but their
CS has been outstanding. On a side note, they confirmed lots of complaints about
the order process and are looking to improve it. Again something BL can take
example from.

I only placed 2 order the entire month and nothing went over any limits
