Hi all,

Found these 3 minifigs amongst a bulk lot of genuine lego.

I have verified that all the other minifigs are genuine but these 3 didn't
quite look right. All the parts look pretty accurate with the catalogue but nothing
has lego or the copyright ©️ on them.

Hoping someone can confirm they are real or fake. If fake they some of the best
I have seen.

Thanks

Guy 😀

The torso is one part that you can be sure always always always has the logo
on it.

These are fake

Chinese ripoffs. I see a lot of ripoffs with the dimple in the neck.

You want to piss off a vendor at a convention or flea market, call them out on
selling these as genuine Lego.

Yeah, people sell these but will often be very careful about how they market
them. I often see one guy that has genuine cheap City figures and a big LEGO
logo up behind them, but doesn't put the logo behind all the fake Star Wars
and Superheroes. If anyone calls him out, he points out it is not false advertising.
Yet to many buyers, they don't care so long as the price is right.

It may not be false advertising but it’s selling counterfeits and that’s illegal
too¹.

And the market organiners could be in trouble too (at least, that’s what I would
shout while the seller beats me to silence… though that may mean that the organizers
will just help them hide my body afterward).

(¹ Here, the punishments are comparable: up to €300k (individual)/€1.5million
(business) and 2 years in jail for false advertising vs. €300k and 3 years for
selling counterfeits).
