I purchased an item that was not as described. After a week of trying to get
a partial refund, they refused and offered full refund, but I had to pay out
of pocket to ship it back first. So they had my $300 and after lying, wanted
me to send it back with my own money ($25 international). I filed an NSS claim
in an attempt to get some help, but apparently no one sees these things. After
all this, I kept the deficient order so as to not lose more. Then the seller
left me negative feedback for "false NSS". Is there any way to correct or appeal
this?

Is the NSS still there or was it removed? If it's still there, wait to complete
it and the negative feedback will be removed.

You can file a PayPal claim (if you paid via PayPal) but I think they typically
make you ship it back at your own expense to get a refund.
