Not to be a downer, but you'll likely need at least 10 times that to make
your BL store into a full time job. That's also assuming that you constantly
add more to the store to keep inventory up.

| Have to agree, I once reached 80000+ parts but it wasn’t enough to go full time,
nowhere near.
Don’t want to discourage anyone who has that goal, would suit me too, stick to
it koolkris200, keep adding.
I have approx 60000 parts in my closed shop, Ill health, holding 100,000’s of
parts to add but not in any fit state to add and re-open, maybe one day if my
health improves.

To me, full-time would require more than 60 hours work per week, free or very
cheap access to space and storage, and a perpetual source for discounted sets
or stock.

E.g. spend $50,000 per year on inventory and sell about 500,000 items per year
at an average of $0.20 per item. That would leave you with $50,000 net income.

Setup your Social Media and Patreon account.
Throw your 13000 pieces on the floor and run back and forth a few times barefoot
and record it. Place it on line. do it again the next week
2 weeks time of doing it. You'll have more money than anyone of us here selling
on BL in 20+ years.
Keep in mind if anyone DOES this, You need to Cut me in on any profit.

Your store is closed, so it is hard to help.
What is the total value at your prices of the 13,000 parts? It is probably just
a few thousand dollars. How soon would you need all of that to sell in order
to quit your job? How readily can you get 13,000 more parts?
I have run a hobby store now for almost a decade. To quit my job I would need
to scale my store up 50x. But I'm spending at least 20 hours a week running
my store, so I'd also need to work 1000 hours a week. There are typically
only 168. I don't know how to turn it into a full time job. But personally,
unless you can't find a job, I don't recommend trying this one. It is
risky. You make yourself dependent on a market that fluctuates through the year
and can be affected by so many things outside your control. There are people
who manage it, but I doubt they'll want to teach you how to be their competitor.

| Since I am off work for medical reasons, I was thinking of quitting my job, expanding
my store and making it a full time job too.
But all I understand now is that I don't have enough budget, I don't
have enough space at home... and I don't have enough hours in my week!
I will keep my little store like it is currently !
