| I know the answer but how would some one expect you to ship before cleared payment.
The problem is BL has it as paid and the payment is not cleared. Oh and it is
99 lots. Here is their message.
It won’t let me attach an image but PayPal says “Your payment method will be
charged when Kathryn Iannaccio completes your order.” So this is not something
I can do anything about. You have to ship it, it delivers, then PayPal pays you.
No idea why but that’s what it says. I would imagine it tells you the same thing
somewhere, no.

I dunno much about eCheck payments, but they often have delayed clearing since
the actual money has to be drawn from a bank account and the Paypal account may
not have a current back-up funding source such as a credit card or available
balance funds. This can sometimes be attributed to a credit card having expired
and not yet updated manually by the user. I believe you are entitled to withhold
shipment until the payment clears, and at one time I think Paypal suggested or
recommended doing that.
I can tell you that the name of the buyer is one I am familiar with and she is
a good buyer. Actually, she is a reseller with (last time I checked) a very
expansive Ebay Lego store. Chances are, she is probably a repeat customer of
yours already.

Are you sure the message originated from PayPal, and is there an in-flight eCheck-style
payment appearing on your PayPal dashboard ?
ECheck-style payments can be disabled at PayPal, should you wish to do so.
