| I know the answer but how would some one expect you to ship before cleared payment.
The problem is BL has it as paid and the payment is not cleared. Oh and it is
99 lots. Here is their message.
It won’t let me attach an image but PayPal says “Your payment method will be
charged when Kathryn Iannaccio completes your order.” So this is not something
I can do anything about. You have to ship it, it delivers, then PayPal pays you.
No idea why but that’s what it says. I would imagine it tells you the same thing
somewhere, no.

Sounds fishy. What is the buyer's feedback? I would not ship until the payment
clears, AFAIK/remember the buyer still can set the order to paid, even when it
has not.

You're the seller?
Your payment method will be charged?
Completes your order = her order?
I don't comprehend nothing.
Carefully check if this e-mail comes from PayPal.
There are tens of e-mail tracing website, but you've to paste the source
code of the e-mail.
CTRL+U if you use Thunderbird.

| Otherwise don't do anything and place a phone call to PayPal on Monday.
That's the safest route IMHO.

The wording is strange but it sounds like some kind of escrow thing, which I've
never heard of from PayPal.

took me 7 weeks to have removed.

You've plenty of time!
Try to set it to "Not Paid" in BrickLink if you can.
Call PayPal on Monday?

I had an order like this once. The payment didn't process properly for some
reason. I had to cancel the PayPal payment, set the order to not paid and let
the buyer pay for the order again.

Interesting, I have an order in a similar situation. I found the wording odd:
"Hi there,
Got your message about our lego order and we checked PayPal and it explains that
you (the seller) needs to complete our order before payment can be submitted.
Hope that helps! "
Thing is that I cannot cancel "payment" or actually do anything. Guess I will
just cancel the order.
It's a (36) FB Buyer 100% Positive.
