As seen on image, part 23443 has wrong collision. It is rotated by 88 deg and
from what the part looks like, it should be able to rotate by 90 deg without
making collision with the plate that is under it. I came across this when building
set 76912 (Fast & Furious 1970 Dodge Charger R/T, LEGO® Speed Champions) at step
78. This may be due to version that I am using : 2.22.10(1), but just felt like
this should be reported as a bug.

Hi,

The dedicated forum for Studio and PartDesigner is https://forum.bricklink.com/
(hover over the red Studio icon on every page, then click “Studio Forum”).

Please search the forum for your question before posting a new one (the search
box is in the very dark grey banner).
There’s indexes of known bugs and suggestions that you can browse first:

PartDesigner: https://forum.bricklink.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5589

As for your problem, it works if you put 23443 the other way around (hole on
top).  Not saying there’s no bug but that’s a way to avoid it

Talking about the hole on the side of course, the one you can’t put anything
in, not the bar-hole at the bottom.
