I put an order back in September 15th the seller didn't process it till the
second week of October. They put the wrong address so it got sent back to the
seller's second address and there was a error cuz it showed arrived in New
York but then got delivered in Virginia the next day which is impossible. The
seller saw the air but now they're saying that it was delivered and it hasn't
and I want my refund. I've had no really bad experiences only some people

If you paid by Paypal hopefully, you can open a case for non delivery within
180 days of the purchase. Since this was September, I'd get started on it
now especially as you are not getting anywhere with the seller. The seller will
have to show proof that the order was delivered to your address.
You can also open an NSS on the seller since you didn't receive it. Click
on Problem Center under More at the bottom of any BL page - type in the order
number and then choose Proceed. There should be an option / drop down options
about problems in the order.
Otherwise if you paid by Stripe ( credit card) , then you can contact the credit
card and tell them you didn't receive the order - this will initiate a chargeback
on the seller's account.
Hopefully this will get the seller's attention and they will do something
like refund you . it is totally their fault if they shipped it to the wrong address
.
