In Oct 2019, I was discovering BL and yes, I had left my very first order unpaid
as I thought I was just requesting a quote.
In May 2022 (more than 2,5 years later), seller came back with a negative feedback
to me saying "NPB".
I have just noticed such feedback as we (at least I) do not get notified once
someone "offers" you a feedback and BL admins won't let me challenge it as
more than a month has passed since feedback post.
I have written e-mail to seller with no luck.
I'm a good ("excellent", they say) buyer and my very first noob mistake does
not reflect my behaviour on BL.

What can I do to regularise my BL-reputation ?

Nothing. Feedback is only removed if it breaks rules. Most sellers won't
notice it anyway, and the NPB is far worse as too many of those and you are banned.

I think that negative feedback will not get removed. But:

You left two neutral feedbacks to sellers which are considered a bad feedback
on Bricklink. Based on the feedback the sellers left, you did not message the
sellers to inform him what was not correct in your order so he did not have any
chance to know that and to correct his mistake (by sending missing parts, giving
partial refunds,...) One sellers wrote
' I sent missing parts , I refund him (with extra money), It's unfair'

One of these two sellers have a very good feedback record so you kind of damaged
his feedback, which actually goes against yourself (other sellers would think:
this seller has a very high feedback record. Maybe those few buyers who left
him neutral or negative feedback are difficult people. You may get stoplisted
by any seller who sees this)

I would message this seller instead and let him know that you want to remove
your neutral feedback and request him to do the same thing. Both of you should
contact help desk and request them to remove your feedback. (this is the only
way because you can no longer remove your feedback since more than 30 days has
passed since your feedback is left)

You mean they left the order in NPB status for 2.5 years???

Wow, they're VERY patient - or more probably they've forgotten!
If so, you had plenty of time to solve this problem.
Why wasn't it not fixed then?

And if it wasn't in NPB, it's not possible because orders are purged
after 6 months and
nobody can give a feedback then.

Nothing, this feedback won't be removed.

You don't care - really. Everyone has accidents of life.

Personnaly, I *never* look at a buyer's feedback profile with a positive
total.
Simply forget it.

every now and again I look to see if I have any unpaid orders and I often I'm
shocked at how much time has gone by

for example, I felt like I *just* did this, but low and behold I had a npb from
May and an unpaid invoice from July.

I'm not shocked they didn't notice for years if they aren't a big
seller lol
