Hello Buyers. I have received a few negative and neutral feedback recently that
contain messages that should have been sent through the BL system by clicking
on the 'contact seller' link at the bottom of the order information page.
If something is missing or defective in your order, PLEASE first contact your
seller to let them know and give them an opportunity to correct the mistake.
If the seller fails to rectify the situation, then neutral/negative feedback
is warranted.

I agree, however, I imagine that the buyers who misuse the feedback system in
such a manner probably don't read the forum.

Seller Does Not Ship to My Country Store: Yorbricks
  If the seller fails to rectify the situation, then neutral/negative feedback
is warranted.

Even if the seller rectifies it after being told about their mistake, a buyer
can still leave whatever feedback they think is appropriate.

Wouldn’t it be nice, if the feedback system required two comments … one that
describes any problems and one that describes what was remarkable about the transaction
?

That way, there would be a (form of) balance in every feedback left.
