| Looking after abit of guidance.
I've had a customer file a NSS against me back at the beginning of September,
I emailed them proof of postage and have messaged them several times to no avail.
Can someone point me in the right direction of contact information to provide
proof of postage the BL and have it removed as its frustrating seeing it on my
account.
Thanks
James

I guess you'd have to show it has been received at the address of the
buyer.
Postage may not be enough, very sorry.
Otherwise refund and ask the buyer to remove the Alert.
If they don't and if refunded it'll be removed by administration - ask
them showing eventual proof if necessary...

| I don't want to refund as I can only assume they have received the item and
are not responding i have tried contacting them via email aswell as on here but
there not responding.
So you're saying there is nothing I can do other than refund them for a parcel
they may have received and then ask them to remove it at my cost?

No - if you refund it, your NSS will be removed by BrickLink administration -
at least (or the buyer if you're luck and he cares)...
I said that proof of shipping, and even tracking doesn't mean buyer has received.
And I can tell you weird things happening with postal services and in a majority
of cases buyer did not receive when they say so.
The other point to consider is the value of the problem.
Say you're losing 10 or 20$/€?
You must know that 3 NSS completed and your shop is automatically closed.
Is it worth to indefinitely keep an NSS on your shoulders for 10 bucks?

Not to mention that the buyer might be able to get a refund anyway by going through
PayPal or whatever other payment method he might have used....

Thank you both for your responses.
But as a buyer if I hadn't received a parcel I don't think I'd be
ignoring the seller, you're right that the order may well be only a small
value one but that doesn't mean I should automatically refund it due to me
wanting to remove a NSS, if the buyer is genuine and responds to emails aswell
as on here and explains the parcel hasn't been received then I am very happy
to refund it. But when the buyer is ignoring you after 4 weeks and isn't
responding it seems daft to refund just purely to keep my account clean.
Anyway his account has been revoked and NSS has been cleared so I can only assume
there is other sellers who have issues with him aswell.
Many thanks for the help guys.

Seems like it is just a trouble buyer. Nothing wrong with refunding just to remove
an NSS (seller is responsible for order delivery anyway) but glad it got resolved.

You should be able to respond to the NSS with proof of shipping. That said, you're
still responsible for getting the order to the customer.

| Only option I have in the NSS is to send a message to the customer but I have
emailed them proof of postage.
