Megamanjay placed an order in my store on Oct. 15, 2022 12:16. I’ve sent an invoice
on Oct. 15, 2022 21:39. I haven’t received payment yet. I messaged him 4 days
later and no answer. I filed a non buyer alert on his order and still no payment
or response from him. I don’t know what else to do about this problem.

after the time limit is reached you can complete the NPB process. not much else
to do about it except move on.

Send a message directly to their email. Not all buyers receive their messages
via BrickLink.

My experience is that if NPB doesn't wake up a buyer right away, they are
probably not going to respond.

Most of the time, when I file a Non Paying Buyer alert, the buyer never responds.
I don't know why, but I think likely they just made a careless order on Bricklink,
and didn't intend to make an actual purchase. (Yes, this is very annoying
for you, the seller)

If the buyer does not respond by the end of the allowed period, then your next
step is to complete the NPB. That will prevent you from getting feedback from
that buyer. Then, leave appropriate feedback, so that other sellers are forewarned
that this may be a problem buyer.

After that, the only thing left to do is to cancel the unpaid order, and put
the item back in inventory.

Just start an NPB, then either they pay or you complete it and cancel the order.

Also, I think it's poor form to call out a particular buyer in the forum
like this.

I can’t use Instant Checkout. I have to calculate the shipping costs. I’ve only
been a seller for 3 months, so I didn’t know what I did was poor form. I thought
I should be specific about who the buyer is that’s being a problem to me.
