If I were you I'd delete the neutral feedback you left and ask the seller
to change his as well.

I does seem a bit strange. Leaving a seller neutral because the seller hadn't
left the buyer any feedback yet. It is also not a good advert for the shop when
they do get open, if prospective buyers check the feedback. If any buyer sees
this new seller hasn't left feedback for them then they'd think leaving
non-positive feedback is the right thing to do.
