I don’t think so.  Nothing changes¹ = no need to change the copyright year.

¹ In the design.  Your personal info and the amounts are not copyrighted

Note that there’s no registration needed for a copyright (Berne convention, which
the USA joined very late, in the 1980s IIRC, so older ways are still ingrained
there).

The copyright symbol © (and year) is not necessary either (but, IIUC, if you
don’t put one, claims are harder / yield less in damages).

“All rights reserved” is useless.

IIUC = If I understand correctly.
IIRC (more known) = If I recall correctly.

But isn’t it referring to the copyright of the name bricklink and the name LEGO?

Those are trademarks. The document is what is being copyrighted. LEGO BrickLink,
Inc. is the copyright owner.

Legal stuff is confusing

Well, the terms are in English (for everybody), so you should have an advantage
here

— © Copyright = literally the “right to Copy,” the right to make copies and distribute
(give/sell) them, and to give/sell that right (licence).
Used for stuff you make: books (story), drawings, paintings, sculptures, programmes,
designs, etc.
So the design of the invoice or the website, are ©.
© falls after (between 50 and 99) years (depending on the country), so a date
is useful.

— ™ Trademark = the “mark of your trade,” the name you use to call your brand,
site, product, character in your book, etc.
If you use it long enough, widely enough, others can’t use it.
  A date wouldn’t mean anything.

— ® Registered Trademark = a trademark that’s in a national or worldwide register
(for a fee), so that people know you’re using it and they can’t use it at all.
LEGO is ®, that’s why you need to write LEGO® (at least the fist time you write
it).
  A date wouldn’t mean anything.

Those are the simple ones.  Then, you’ve the more complicated ones:

— Patent = an invention (how bricks connect) that’s registered (for a fee).
  Falls after 15-20 years.

— Design Patents = they are for ‘useful’ things, manufactured things, not ‘work
of arts’ like paintings or photos, so don’t fall under copyright, but they are
not inventions, so aren’t ‘simple’ patents.  The Coca bottle, round corners on
a phone.
  Don’t know about the lifetime.

IANAL.

So, what you find on the invoice says:  Eh, don’t copy that design, it’s ours
(BL & LEGO), and we made it in 2020, and the words ‘BrickLink’ & ‘LEGO’ are trademarks
and the ‘LEGO’ one is registered.

Do they even have a 10pm-6am no-police-intervention rule in Canada & USA?

Common sense / light optimization: organized operations often start at dawn (and
when the target is tired).
