Hello. I sold a customer Two assembled Mario minifigures and the customer demanded
compensation for them being assembled I explained that the minifigures were new
out of the box so I would be willing to do a full refund for return. The customer
agreed to this overall. Everything has been taken care of and refund has been
made. Mario figures are categorized as minifigures and I believe that bricklinks
policy states that minifigures are assembled. I even have it in my policy that
figures are assembled. I know have to state on each-one that they are assembled
to avoid more issues. How do I get this bad feedback taken down. I havent made
a sale sense I think and thats really hurting me.

for the most part, the only person that can remove the feedback is the buyer

How do I get this bad feedback taken down.

Go here, put the order number into the "for order ID" form & select "feedback
I received"
https://www.bricklink.com/feedbackDel.asp

It's usually hit or miss, but I've had success with Bricklink removing
bogus feedback more often than not

I havent made a sale sense I think and thats really hurting me.

I don't think that the negative feedback would affect your sales very much,
especially when the buyer was being overdramatic about it; I couldn't even
see the negative feedback they left when I initially looked at your recent feedback,
so it's moved down the list and not immediately visible to anyone

I did that. Thank you. I hope they do. I was thinking I should cancel the order
if that would pull the feedback down sense the order was returned and fully refunded

You should cancel the order if you refunded it in full since that will credit
you the BrickLink fees you would otherwise pay on it. But cancelling the order
doesn't remove the feedback.

BrickLink rules clearly say New minifigures may be assembled or not. In general,
it's a bad idea to build them, especially brick-built figures. I certainly
understand why most buyers prefer to receive new parts unassembled. The rules
are needed for the few minifigs that do come from LEGO assembled.
Put on Comment directly on your listings whether your figs are assembled or not
so buyers always know what to expect.

Even though assembly is technically allowed, I'd recommend against it. No
one will complain that a new figure is not assembled, but they do periodically
for assembled.

I would respond to his comment that the figure was new, but assembled and a full
refund was issued. Certainly don't be combative or leave him retaliatory
feedback. The way his feedback currently sits on your site unresponded to could
leave potential buyers wondering. You could also politely ask him if he could
remove the negative feedback since you've refunded in full. In a situation
like this though, it's up to the buyer and if he feels he had an overall
negative experience.

Sellers should charge a fee for assembling the minifigures.

I even have it in my policy that figures are assembled.

Where in your terms do you have this?

You do say; Minifig accessories and weapons sold separately. Capes are attached
to the minifgs unless noted.

You don't say whether this second sentence applies to new or used minifigures.

You also link accessories and weapons with capes, saying those former items are
not included but capes are attached in the same two sentence paragraph. Some
buyers may take this to mean while accessories and weapons are not included,
capes are (unless noted). Remember English is not everyone's first language.

That policy is not the same as saying that you choose to assemble new minifigures.
Why don't you be more explicit and say that you assemble new minifigures,
so that anyone that wants to receive unused parts and not assembled minifigures
when they buy new minifigures can shop elsewhere and least favourite your store
if they prefer to avoid this practice.
