| There were a few minor issues with a recent order I received, how long should
I wait for a seller to reply to a message about it? Thanks for any help/advice
anyone offers.

| | depending on the size of the store but I would say at least 2-3 days |

any emails

I would message the buyer and then day after next. Message again, but thats three
days. I wouldnt be happy.

I sent a message to the seller about the issue on the 30th but it has not been
read yet, if I don't hear from them in the next day or two what kind of options
do I have? this is the first time I have had issues, I'm new to buying here.

| you could file an nrs if they havent responded by using the report of a problem
on your order. But depending where the seller is located it could be they just
come off a holiday weekend since there was just one of those here in canada

| I would say just a few days not more then a week though.
