But My Store Suspended without any email or notice On Sep 27, 2022,

Reason: Preventive Action

submitted ticket but no any reply unit now.

my store don't have any NSS/NRS case. any other way can contact support to
solve my problem? this let us very perplex, helpless.

  My store suspended no any reason, just Preventive action what the problem?

I don't know, but it may be:

* selling non LEGO items (custom made or another manufacturer...)

* or selling LEGO items like Minifigures that could have been produced in
a LEGO factory, but by unauthorized process, often in an not authorized color
(like a Trans-Light Blue Darth Vader Minifigure...)

* or having a really abnormal quantity of rare Parts or Minifigures?

* or a stock of an unusual value, like 100 x Star Wars ISD 75252

* or something weird in your Shop Terms, like the forbidden "Please pay using
PayPal Friends/Family" or given a rebate for this...

You may examine all this and I guess you'll find out what the problem has
been.

Were you successful in the last 30 days to make things better?
If not, maybe you should change what you are doing. Does not make sense to do
the same things over and over that do not work.

I have a NSS that should be removed that is almost 2 months old and no one has
replied to my 6 messages with all removal information in them. That to me is
not acceptable.

So why aren't you hiring? If you cant keep up with demand most places hire
more people to get the work caught up. My POV due the the slow response from
Bricklink my fees will not be paid until I get caught up which is an unsure time
in the distant future lol.

they are but I'm sure it takes awhile to properly train someone for the helpdesk
