| Buyer made a very big order.
I invoiced it.
They paid it.
Now out of nothing they want money back.
They paid via paypal.
Once paypal refunded the fees.
Now they don't.
So this means that if I receive a 1000$ order and they ask to refund I just
lost $50 ?

I think so. Say ‘Thank you PayPal’ and smile….
On the other hand, PP did move money, twice, that’s work, that’s not free….

| Refund them minus payment processing fees, if a buyer made a “bogus” (paid but
then changed mind) order it shouldn’t mean the seller should have to be out $$$
