Here it is, a before and after cooking.
All cheeses are from Tillamook creamery where my wife works, as we get leakers
(not sealed properly), past code date, and malformed chunks for free!
Toppings are (in order put on the homemade thin crust, rectangular since we make
them in advance to freeze using a 1/4 cake sheet pan.)
Homemade tomato based sauce seasoned with typical pizza spices: fennel seed,
oregano, garlic, black pepper, basil, onion, crushed red and cayenne peppers,
and some salt to taste.
Canadian bacon
Parmesan
White sharp cheddar
Farm style shredded mozzarella
Smoked provolone
Hormel pepperoni
Sliced pepperoncini
Baked in a 475 F oven for 9-10 minutes, finished under the broiler for 1-2 minutes.

But the first one doesn't seem cooked enough...
I also wonder why you participate to this contest as you can make yourself pretty
fine pizzas!?
