| Opened up the store recently to guide people to it that I sell to in the Okanagan.
Right now only available to Canada due to shipping costs and delay world wide.
Please contact me directly if you are from outside of Canada. Something may be
arranged. Please be patient with me, this is the first time opening an online
venue and dealing with shipping.

just a heads up it looks like some of your items are a bit pricy for example
your
is priced at $9.99 when it usually only sells for about $2.80 in the same condition.
On a side note, I'm happy to be your first customer!
also, you might want to change to the wording on this
"After the shipment has been made, the seller is no longer responsible for damage
that may be caused to the product(s) during shipment unless the buyer purchased
shipping insurance at checkout."
as whether a buyer buys insurance from you or not the seller is fully liable
for the items until they are delivered so if they get damaged or lost in the
mail and the buyer hasn't bought insurance it is still the seller's responsibility
to cover it

I appreciate this. Some items are listed high doe to the fact I was listing them
high on another platform. So when I direct people to my site it is more intended
for local pickup. I will work on this though.

I would be cautious with this as it could appear to be fee avoidance.
If you are posting on market place with a link to bricklink but then taking cash
payment and deleting the inventory from BL. Maybe others can weigh in here if
I am wrong.

Beware: you can’t redirect BL clients to another venue. You can’t advertize
or link to competitors here (even if it’s yourself).
You don’t seem to be doing that at the moment but the way you phrased it above
may lead to confusion about your intentions.
(Of course, if buyers find you another way it’s not BL’s business but if the
sale started on BL, it must finish on BL.)
So beware how you say things

written in my terms and conditions. Is it acceptable to advertise my BL account
on Facebook market place? Also is there anything in my Terms that could get me
in trouble? I want to do things the right way.

I have update the terms and shipping a bit. Hopefully this works better. I will
change some of the pricing tonight. Super helpful from everyone.

Well, it sure is not BrickLink’s problem if you advertise for BL elsewhere

No worries, we all make mistakes. Selling on BrickLink is a learning process.
The general rule is that you cannot use BL to make sales outside of BL; e.g.,
linking to eBay or Facebook Marketplace. This is because BL makes money from
sales made through BL, so making sales outside of BL deprives it of vital revenue.
You are, however, free to advertise your BL store elsewhere, insofar as it is
okay on other sites.
