I have bought part 65081 in Red (PCC 6282131) from LEGO's pick-a-brick service.
But BrickLink doesn't recognize either number. Does anyone recognize this
part? Judging by its name it's most likely a part used in an assembly.

B CONNECTOR INSERT, NO. 1
Color: Bright Red
Category: Vehicles & Transportation
Sub category: Cranes & Scaffold

I stumbled upon this part on the pick-a-brick site and I decided to order it
and see what it was.

Searching for the term b connector on Brickset gives several Duplo parts. On
Bricklink this connector appears to be called locking ring. Searching for Duplo
locking ring on Bricklink will show you those parts.

Thank you.

Some or all of these Duplo parts should be changed to assemblies and inventory
added for them. Please consider adding it on a list of things to do, it's
not a job for me.

I would be happy to add this part to the catalog if someone can tell me exactly
what to name it and which category to put it in.

This should be added to the catalog, that way other people who find it on PaB
and then go searching databases for it will be able to find a picture of what
it actually looks like.
