I was just doing the inventory for a new set and noticed this change in the 20482.

As it is a black part and small, i can't seem to read the part number on
it, even with my best magnifying glass.

Brickset says it is 31561 which is a know alternate number so not sure.

Anyone else got a new set with this new mold and can read the number?

The pin is straight on the new part, it is just the shadows that are making the
it seem conical shaped!!

Is it possibly just a defected part? I cannot find a part like that on brickset.

Is it just a single one or did you find multiple of them?

8 of them in the new 75323 Justifier. The old one from my store is on the right.

So after much eyeballing with a new magnifying glass from a mate...both old and
new parts have 31561 on them and C Lego.

However, they have different numbers on them..

New one is 05-18, the old one is 44 06

So probably not a new entry or anything needed, but interesting they have changed
the mold ever so slightly but not changed the part number.

Nowadays they give new numbers for every little mold change. Therefore I believe
your parts are just from a faulty production run.
